Joey oversees every phase of production from the field. As Production Manager, he coordinates crews, manages timelines, and ensures that every job meets Bull Matrix’s structured restoration standards.
With years of hands-on restoration experience, Joey understands both the technical demands of the work and the importance of keeping clients informed throughout the process.
Julio is a Senior Project Manager at BMR, where he spearheads projects with hands-on leadership and extensive site experience. He is dedicated to translating estimates into successful on-site execution, managing timelines, resources, and communication between crews, partners, and clients. Julio’s focus is on delivering projects with speed, quality, and complete transparency, ensuring that every project is a positive and seamless experience for homeowners and property managers.
John leads Finance and Human Resources at BMR, bringing decades of experience in financial management, compliance, and organizational leadership. He ensures the company operates with strong financial discipline and well-supported teams, helping deliver a consistent and reliable experience for every customer.
Andy is BMR’s Senior Estimator, bringing meticulous attention to detail and extensive construction knowledge to every project proposal. With years of experience in cost analysis and material takeoff, he ensures accurate, transparent estimates, providing a solid foundation for client confidence. Andy works closely with project teams and clients to define project scope and budget with precision, facilitating a clear and efficient path forward from day one.
